Atlantic Canada's Premier Food & Wine Show

The first Industry Patron Sponsor Scholarship was awarded at the 2011 Savour food and wine show.

Elaine Kelloway of Academy Canada's Cooking program received $1000

Brittany Bugden of CNA's Hospitality Management program received $1000

Andrew Facey, instructor of the International Sommelier Guild accepted a $400 scholarship which will be presented to a deserving student entering the second level in November.

Monies for the 2011 IPS scholarship was made available through the generous contributions of the following Industry Patrons at the 2010 show.
