Chinched Bistro specializes in hand-crafted dishes created with love by Chef/Owner Shaun Hussey and Pastry Chef/Owner Michelle LeBlanc.
The chefs at Chinched Bistro beleive in taking ingredients in their most raw form and building on them to acheive a finished dish. We use ingredients that are familair to everyone and put our creative juices to work to make them delicious to both the eye and the belly!

Three of us visted Chinched for the first time this past weekend. We were delighted! The menu serves four different size portions, bar snack size, appetizer size, or half entree or full entree size. But what lovely choices! We really had a hard time deciding and finally settled on a number of appetizers so that we could experience many different flavours.
I was really struck by the clientele. The ambiance is cozy - tables near enough that you are drawn into surveying the food choices of the table beside you and then getting into discussions with your fellow diners. Everyone seemed young and hip - pretty nice for middle-agers like us.
I can't finish without commenting on the service - it was excellent; friendly but not in your face. And the bread was really great - I'm sorry we didn't have room to try the dessert menu.
