The Twine Loft offers one of the best selections of wines and scotches on the peninsula. The Restaurant is one of only a few in the province to have a full time certified sommelier on staff available to consult with diners at their table in order to help with their selections..

The Twine Loft deck is licensed for liquor service and is the only place in the area where one can sit directly over the water and enjoy a drink of choice or a cheese plate. On chillier days warm blankets are offered, by staff, to visitors. This is without a doubt one of the best places in Trinity to watch the water and sky turn pink to purple as the sun sets over the hills and the harbour.
